Shipping Information

Please note that due to increased safety protocols and flight restrictions because of COVID-19, items may be delivered well beyond published delivery standards to some areas. You are responsible for checking any delivery suspensions in your country.
Statutory Holidays will affect how long it takes for orders to ship. Estimated shipping times do not include the customs clearance.
Domestic orders (Canada)
All domestic orders are processed and shipped by Canada Post. We ship from Monday through Friday to the delivery address provided, excluding holidays. Please allow 48 hours for processing and make sure to give all address details, including apartment/suite/building number and company name if applicable.
Orders will include a tracking number and will be insured up to $100 CAD. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled.
Zoehify is not responsible for any loss or delays of products following shipment from Zoehify to the shipping address. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling an order.

American orders
We ship from Tuesday through Thursday to the delivery address provided, excluding holidays. Please allow 48 hours for processing and make sure to give all address details, including apartment/suite/building number and company name if applicable. We do not ship to PO boxes unless additional information is provided.
For smaller items such as t-shirts and tank tops, flat rate tracked shipping with estimated arrival time of 2-6 business days is $8 CAD.
For larger items or bundles, flat rate tracked shipping is $25 CAD. This will also arrive in 2-6 estimated business days.
However, you will also have other shipping options that can be calculated at checkout which you are more than welcome to choose!
International orders

Depending on what is available, your order will be shipped with Asendia International Priority Tracked service, Chit Chats International Tracked service, or USPS First-Class Package International Service®. You can choose from the options presented to you at the checkout, or we can ship with USPS First-Class Package International Service® in 8-45 estimated business days at a flat rate of $45 CAD on all packages.
Where do you ship your orders from?
All our orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario.
If you are in Canada, lucky for you, we do not charge any taxes yet because we are currently considered a 'small supplier'. However, if you are overseas, we ship all international orders Duty Delivery Unpaid (DDU), which means you will be responsible for paying all import duties, customs and taxes due upon delivery. Note that this is not included at checkout. Please be aware that we do not have control over any duties, customs and taxes, so there is no way for us to lower or eliminate them. These fees can vary and are determined by your local customs authority, and payment of these fees is obligatory to obtain your order. In the event the order is refused by the recipient, the recipient is responsible for additional shipping, customs, duties, and taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
What do I do if my items are lost in the mail, or I do not receive my order?
After your order is picked up from our fulfilment centre by the carrier, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for stolen packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses. We are also not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend contacting the courier directly to obtain further information regarding your package and/or to initiate a claim. For obvious reasons, this will not be possible if you have chosen untracked shipping as your method of delivery.
What if my package was returned to sender, or if I entered the wrong address?
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you are responsible for paying for the package to be sent again. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address, or do not have access to the shipping address by the time the order is delivered. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, and we will do our best to update your order if it has not been shipped yet. Please note, it can take up to two business days for Customer Service to receive your request, and your order may be shipped before then.
How will my order be processed?
You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been shipped.
