Return Policy
Due to the nature of vintage clothing, we have a strict no returns policy, and all items are on final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Zoehify specialises in providing vintage and contemporary pre-loved items, so some signs of wear - unless otherwise stated in the description - should always be expected. We try our best to provide full product descriptions, but we are always happy to help if you require additional information, details or photographs about an item you are interested in, prior to purchase. You can DM us on Instagram @zoehify or contact us here. Try-ons whether in person, or an image on a model cannot be requested. Please be mindful that all of our products have led a previous life, and may tell a story through minor imperfection. Purchasing vintage items continue their narrative, so you can be confident that you’re making a positively conscious choice for the planet.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@zoehify.com immediately. Depending on whether or not your item has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee order cancellation. Please try to provide the correct address details, because we cannot help you once your order has been mailed.
Payments
Payments are made through Paypal or by credit card through Shopify Payments. Please note that your bank may apply currency conversion fees. If your order is being shipped to an address differing from the credit card’s billing address, we may request a picture of your ID or credit card matching the billing address.
